Homewatch Corp was formed to provide peace of mind to seasonal homeowners in the St Lucie county area. Many of our clients are friends who bought homes in Florida and had no one to watch over them during the summer months. They had no one to prepare their home for oncoming storms or to make sure their pool and landscape was being cared for properly. Some of our clients told horror stories of pest infestation that had gone unchecked for months. Others experienced thousands of dollars in damages due to water leaks in upstairs bathrooms that had probably leaked for weeks on end.

Listening to all the stories prompted us to create Homewatch Corp. We provide home watching service as well as a host of other beneficial services geared to the seasonal Florida home owner.
