If we don't directly provide a particular service or are unlicensed to do so we have a vast list of licensed professionals who we can recommend.

Prices

Inspections

For weekly inspections the average price is $20-$25 per inspection, depending on the size of the home and grounds. Typically you can expect to pay about 1 penny per square foot of home.

Pool and Lawn Care

For weekly service the average price is between $65 and $100 per month for complete pool care. Lawn care is typically the same. Prices depend on lawn and pool size.
