Homewatch Corp was formed to provide peace of mind to homeowners in St Lucie and Martin County. Many of our clients bought homes in Florida and had no one to watch over them during the summer months. They had no one to prepare their home for oncoming storms or to make sure their home was being cared for properly. Some of our clients told horror stories of floods, water damage and pest infestation that had gone unchecked for months. Others experienced thousands of dollars in damages due to water leaks in upstairs bathrooms that had probably leaked for weeks on end.

Listening to all the stories prompted us to create Homewatch Corp. We provide home watching service as well as a host of other beneficial services geared to the seasonal Florida home owner. With us you can rest easier knowing that your home is being cared for by people who live in the area and own homes here ourselves.
